Pharmacist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Pharmacist to join our online drug fulfillment team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying prescriptions, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing of medications, and supporting compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and regulations. You’ll work within a digital-first environment, helping streamline workflows while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate electronic prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
2. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies related to online dispensing.
3. Oversee the fulfillment and verification of prescription orders in coordination with pharmacy technicians.
4. Provide clinical support and guidance to patients via phone, chat, or email when required.
5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in digital systems and pharmacy records.
6. Support inventory control, expiration monitoring, and product recalls.
7. Collaborate with customer service, IT, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and secure medication delivery experience.
8. Stay current on emerging pharmaceutical practices, digital health tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in [state or multiple states as required].
2. PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited pharmacy program.
3. 1+ years of experience in retail, mail-order, or clinical pharmacy preferred.
4. Familiarity with e-prescription systems and pharmacy management software.
5. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
6. Comfortable working in a tech-driven, fast-paced, and highly regulated environment.
7. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
