Sales Executive
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
- Provide product information, deliver presentations, and answer questions to ensure proper product usage.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Plan and execute territory coverage to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
