Sales Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
  3. Provide product information, deliver presentations, and answer questions to ensure proper product usage.
  4. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  6. Plan and execute territory coverage to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
  7. Attend conferences, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or medical devices.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  6. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
